OK & TAM - Fresh Noodle Processing / Packaging Line Details This plant comprises a complete line for manufacturing and packaging fresh Hokkien noodles. The line is still "in situ" and due to Good Manufacturing Practice principles, various stages of production are situated in different rooms, making it difficult to photograph the complete line. The line comprises the following items: - Purpose Made 150 litre Mixer (plough type) for mixing dough. - "OK" Brand of moulder, sheeter come from Vietnam. The dough is fed into the moulder and then sheeted between four sets of rollers before going through the knives. There are 5 different size knives that accompany this plant. -Cooker (custom designed)This is gas fired, submersion bath, cooking area approx. 0.75 meters square -Dryer (custom designed)-Single pass under three fans with equipment to add oil and/or flavours. -Cooler (no brand), triple pass under three fans. - Form Filler (TAM)-100mm tube set up for gas flush. Foilmark 920 coder, all new electrics (Mitsubishi servo). Machine is on castors for mobility, with separate inclined conveyor for lifting sealed bags.
